Every new church starts with 14 days of Team 10, no card needed, and keeps everything it made whatever it chooses after. Invited churches stay free for the length of the beta. Prices are in US dollars, by the month or by the year (a year costs ten months), and you can change or cancel from the app.

Team members are everyone on the team who is active or invited, with or without an account. People taken off the team don't count. Each church has its own plan; one card can pay for several churches. Pay by the year and you pay for ten months, not twelve; within 60 days of a yearly payment you can cancel for a refund of the months you haven't started.

The AI features

An allowance each month, and credit when you want more.

Reading a folder of PDFs into charts, turning a photo or a pasted chart into a chart, suggesting songs, changing a set list with words, checking a chart, and reading a scheduling rule you write in your own words: these use the AI allowance, and only when you press their button. Everything else never does.

The allowance resets on the 1st, where your church is. Used it up? Add credit under Billing: $5, $10, or $25 at a time, spent after the month's allowance, and it doesn't expire.

Over a limit

Nothing is deleted. Adding is what stops.

If a plan's team is full, invitations wait for a bigger plan. Songs over the limit stay readable, playable, and printable; adding more is what's blocked. Uploads stop at the file room. Nobody loses access, and nothing you've made is removed or hidden.

The trial

14 days of Team 10, no card needed.

A new church gets Team 10's features for 14 days, for up to 5 people, with $1 of AI. Subscribe at any time and the trial ends there and then; let it run out and the church moves to Free, with everything kept. One trial per account. A library for one tries Solo Plus the same way.

Questions about pricing.

Are paid plans open?

Yes. A new church starts with 14 days of Team 10 and chooses a plan from Billing in the app. Invited churches use everything at no cost during the beta; before it ends for your church, you'll hear here and by email, with time to choose a plan.

Can we change or cancel?

Any time, from Billing in the app. A plan change applies at once, and the difference is charged or credited. Cancelling a monthly plan takes effect at the end of the month you've paid for. A yearly plan can be cancelled for a refund of the months you haven't started within 60 days of paying; after that, it ends at the end of the year. Either way the church moves to Free with everything kept.

Do you charge per church?

Each church has its own plan. If you look after several, one card pays for all of them, and your own Billing page lists them in one place.

How are cards and receipts handled?

Payments go through Stripe. PraisePad never sees or stores your card. Receipts and invoices are in Stripe's billing portal, a tap from Billing.

What about texts?

Texts are coming soon. They'll come with the paid plans at no extra charge, for scheduling requests and reminders to people who choose them, never for marketing, and anyone can switch them off. Until then, requests and reminders go by email and in the app.

Is there a discount for a year?

Yes. Pay by the year and you pay for ten months, not twelve: Team 25 is $290 a year instead of $348. Within 60 days of a yearly payment you can cancel for a refund of the months you haven't started; after that, a cancellation takes effect at the end of the year.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes, for a yearly Team plan. Under Billing in the app, choose Yearly, then Pay by invoice, and give your finance office's email and the church's address. The invoice goes to them with 30 days to pay by card or bank debit, and the plan starts right away.
